"I was in a major bind with my loan. I had gotten approved several times for an fha loan. We put an offer in on a townhouse that said it was fha approved with hard earnest money and got accepted. It turned out that the townhouse was no longer fha approved. This meant I could no longer get first time home-buyer down payment assistance. I went to Intercap to find a conventional loan with down payment assistance. He got it all figured out and got back to me with a loan that was better than any other loan I had looked at and brought our monthly payment down by 350$ a month. And had a 0 down option that was better than an fha 0 down. We are now moving into our new home and super happy with our loan."
